Notă biografică

Avigdor Levy is professor of Near Eastern and Judaic studies and director of the graduate program in Middle East studies at Brandeis University. He is the author and coauthor of several books on Ottoman and modern Middle East history, including The Sephardim in the Ottoman Empire.
