Notă biografică
Kenneth Stevenson was Bishop of Portsmouth. He died earlier this year. Thomas Cooper is a retired Priest of the Church in Wales and a member of the Church's Liturgical Advisor Group. Phillip Tovey is Liturgy Tutor at Ripon College, Cuddesdon and Director of Reader Training for the Diocese of Oxford.
