During the last decades, Ingvar Johansson has made a formidable contribution to the development of philosophy in general and perhaps especially to the development of metaphysics. This volume consists of original papers written by 50 philosophers from all over the world in honour of Ingvar Johansson to celebrate his 70th birthday. Notă biografică

R. D. Ingthorsson, Lund University, is the recipient of a three year research grant from the Swedish Research Council, undertaking a critical evaluation of the debate about McTaggart's paradox. He has published articles in The European Journal of Philosophy, Metaphysica, Axiomathes, and Sats-Nordic Journal of Philosophy.Christer Svennerlind has a PhD in theoretical philosophy, University of Gotheburg. He is working as assistant professor of criminology at Mid Sweden University. Main research interests are metaphysics, philosophy of law, philosophy of forensic psychiatry. His publications include a book, Moderate Nominalism and Moderate Realism, as well as articles in International Journal of Law and Psychiatry. Jan Almäng has a PhD in theoretical philosophy from the University of Gothenburg. He is currently employed as a researcher in theoretical philosophy on a project of time-consciousness, which is funded by the Swedish Research Council. He has published articles in Metaphysica, Axiomathes, Acta Analytica and International Journal of Philosophical Studies.
