Notă biografică
Emmanuel Dongala is a native of Brazzaville, capital of the Congo Republic (formerly French Congo), and lived there until he left in 1997 amidst civil war. He teaches at Simon's Rock College of Bard and lives in western Massachusetts, brought there by the novelists Chinua Achebe and Philip Roth.
