Recenzii
Joint Venture Disputes in the Energy and Natural Resource Sectors ('Joint Venture Disputes') is a volume to be carefully read and frequently consulted...its content and advice can help energy and natural resources practitioners understand the intricacies of dispute resolution in the sector, avoid unnecessary disputes, and effectively handle them once they arise.
The book will help parties in the energy and natural resources joint ventures avoid or quickly resolve some of the problems and disputes that are encountered in these business sectors. The book will equally be a valuable resource for students, researchers, policymakers, and investors in the energy and natural resources sectors, especially, the energy and natural resources joint ventures. There is no doubt that this book, A. Timothy Martin, John Gilbert and Peter Roberts, provide the most comprehensive discourse on Joint Venture Disputes in the Energy and Natural Resources Sector. We therefore strongly endorse and recommend this book to all readers.
