This journal will be a testimony of the sacrifices made and challenges encountered. It will be a memorial chronicling a path to clarity and victory, all while going through the normalcy of daily life. Being intentional about journaling will help you in looking for “God moments” daily. The journal gives you the option to focus on only three days, seven days, twenty-one days with a pause, or an entire forty-day fast. Each day’s journaling will hopefully support the manifestation of the reason you are fasting and help to create a memorial of the grace and insights experienced.
