This story begins in Dorf Oberlahnstein, northwest of Frankfurt, Germany in 1766. A Lutheran farmer, Johannes Rudolph, and his family are dealt a cruel blow by a chance of fate. All they know is ripped from them, and they must move on. But where is it that GOD wishes they live out their lives?
