Notă biografică

¿ukasz Pohl is Professor and Head of the Department of Criminal Law at the University of Szczecin and leads the Section of Criminal Law and Process at the Institute of Justice. The focus of his academic interest is the fundamental issues of the general part of criminal law, and specifically the basic problems of criminology. Konrad Burdziak is Assistant Professor at the Department of Criminal Law at the University of Szczecin and works in the Section of Criminal Law and Process at the Institute of Justice. The general areas of his research interests include criminal law, criminal procedure and suicidology.
