Jump

Growing up in a working-class neighbourhood of Portsmouth, England, Tony Barlow is immersed in his father's constant stream of contempt and hate. He's told he's a nobody, a loser who will never achieve wealth or success. Tony has only one real goal in life-to prove his father wrong by any means necessary.

Tony's dream colours his every decision. Business partnerships, friendships, and romance are tools to help him climb the social ladder. Along the way he'll betray those closest to him, capitalise on friends' personal tragedies, and break hearts, all to give the lie to a father who despised him.

Each success, however, leaves Tony only temporarily satisfied. With eyes gazing perpetually upward, he cannot see how far he's come, only that others still rank higher, both socially and economically. If he wants room at the very top, he's going to have to convince someone-anyone-to "Jump."
