Notă biografică

James Macdonald was born and educated in New Zealand, immigrating to Canada in time to celebrate his 21st birthday. His passion for writing has been with him for as long as he can remember. When asked where he learned to write, James explained: "Working in radio I wrote everyday. Every single day. And I was a stringer for various newspapers and wire services from time to time writing diversified stuff. I've always had the stories... it was just a matter of putting them together. That's what I'm doing now." James writes in retirement in Ladner, British Columbia, where he lives with his partner Bea.
