Katie is celebrating her 12th birthday when her magical ballet crown starts to sparkle When she arrives in Questria, she finds one of the most feared ballet villains, Rothbart at work turning the people of Questria into animals So, with Lila, Katie starts out to save her favorite ballet friends. Along the way, they meet up with Rothbart and he turns them both into swans and carries them to his palace where he plans on eating them But they are rescued and soon back on the path to saving Questria when something bad happens.
