Notă biografică

Abbie Trayler-Smith was born in Wales and is a self-taught photographer. She has worked for The Telegraph covering world events including the Darfur conflict, the Iraq War and the Asian tsunami. She joined Panos pictures in 2008 and now works for a variety of publications and clients including The Sunday Times, Marie-Claire, IRC, BBC worldwide among others. A portrait from her long-term project 'The Big O' won a Taylor Wessing Portrait Prize in 2010.
