Seven short stories about kittens are selected from several books of fairy tales from various sources. These tales are designed to be fascinating reading for young children. Many stories that are included are amply illustrated. In addition to the stories, there is a nice poem about three little kittens. The tales are: (1) The Tale of Tom Kitten, (2) Raggedy Ann and the Kittens, (3) The Kitten's Garden of Verses, (4) Tales from Catland, for Little Kittens, (5) Punky Dunk and the Gold Fish, (6) Punky Dunk and the Mouse, and (7) Punky Dunk and the Spotted Pup. Children have enjoyed reading these fairy tales for years and it is good to find them in one single volume.
