The book gives an insight into how the quality of health care may improve through the model of knowledge management and a multi-contingency approach to organizational design. The author assesses the relational triangle between knowledge management, organizational design, and the health system in Montenegro. Montenegrin health care system is presented through macroeconomic, managerial, and organizational-legal factors. The author explains how political agenda confronted with knowledge and profession and made Montenegro found itself in downward spiral in its fight against the pandemic.
