Language Games for Parents and Children by David.P. Taylor is a collection of language games that you can play with your children to develop their vocabulary, imagination and mastery of words.

Such mastery occurs in the daily interchange between parents and children, but sometimes, when they are ill, bored, demanding to be entertained, or due to travel for two hours in the car and, after five minutes ask, "Are we there yet?" then one's imagination and resources can flag. This book is for those times.

David P Taylor has been a Drama and English teacher for 40 years. As Drama consultant for the Victorian Ministry for Education, he worked with the Ministry's Primary Language Committee on language development of young children.
