This story tells of a young cat named Koubla who was found underneath a house and her eventual dramatic rescue from the attic of a New Orleans house flooded after Hurricane Katrina. We follow Koubla on her travels and adventures through New Orleans and Mexico as she learns about life, experiencing tragedy, romance, motherhood, abandonment, and the kindness of strangers.
