Late Adjustments tells the story of three sisters, Beth, Esther, and Lucinda as they navigate their way through some big changes in their personal lives, while, at the same time, embarking on a venture to set up a business together. BETH JOHNSON and her sister ESTHER have been pushed into taking their first steps in the world of business by their bossy younger sister, LUCINDA, despite having their hands full dealing with some big challenges in their already full lives. Beth, a beautiful divorcee, must make up her mind whether to marry BILL LEVINSTON, Blackcove's retired sheriff, or rekindle her romance with TED MCINTYRE, her college sweetheart who has made it clear he wants her back in his life. Esther, a high school teacher, has her hands full raising her granddaughter while she struggles to cope with the changes in her husband DONALD who is experiencing frequent lapses of memory. Lucinda, serial- entrepreneur and battle hardened since her divorce, is determined to never let another man get the upper-hand in her life. As the youngest, and most business-savvy, she feels duty bound to make her sisters as financially dynamic as herself.
