Patricia Popelier is Senior Professor of Constitutional Law and Legislative Studies at the University of Antwerp and chair of the research group on Government and Law.Helen Xanthaki is the Dean of Postgraduate Laws Programmes at the University of London.William Robinson is Associate Research Fellow at the Institute of Advanced Legal Studies in London.João Tiago Silveira is Professor at the Lisbon Law School of the University of Lisbon.Felix Uhlmann holds a chair for constitutional and administrative law as well as legislative theory at the Law Faculty of the University of Zurich, Switzerland.
