Lead with Love: 10 Principles Every Leader Needs to Maximize Potential and Achieve Peak Performance

Autor Gerald M. Czarnecki
en Limba Engleză Paperback – 31 mar 2010
"Lead With Love" is like no other leadership book you have read. Gerry Czarnecki starts the book arguing that all leaders must begin with the 1st Principle of "Love" for all associates. Then he integrates his carefully defined concept of Love into each of the remaining 9 key leadership principles. The Leadership mnemonic ends with Passion as the core Principle that underscores the need for an emotional connection with the organization’s mission, vision and values.
The 10 Principles apply to CEO’s who lead their companies; to Executive Directors who lead their non-profits; to Chairmen who lead their peer on corporate boards; to Coaches who lead athletic teams; to Teachers who lead classes to achieve new learning; to Mothers who lead their households; to Pastors who lead their congregations; to Foremen who get the plant output manufactured every day. If others look to you for leadership, guidance or inspiration to achieve goals; read "Lead With Love".
"Lead With Love" is praised by tough minded entrepreneurs and spiritually empowering thought leaders alike.
