Leading People

en Limba Engleză Paperback
Leading People is a research-based book about how leaders positively impact the lives of others. People who lead using a Transformational Leadership style are charismatic and their influence transforms their follower's thoughts, words and behaviors. Transformational Leadership is reciprocal which means that as you develop and practice this leadership style, those around you will learn what effective leadership looks like. Leading People summarizes the dissertation conducted by the author, Dr. Keichea Reever. Her dissertation is entitled, "Transformational Leadership and Personal Development: The Impact of The Youth Citizenship Seminar on Former Participants." The results of this qualitative research study revealed that the Transformational Leadership style utilized by the leaders in this program positively impacted the personal development of 97% of former participants. Leading People also includes the author's recommendations to educators across the nation about how to design their programs using a comprehensive personal development curriculum in order to yield the most positive outcomes for their participants (youth and adults).
