Chui Lee Luk is an award-winning Sydney-based chef and restaurateur, having run the French-influenced Claude's restaurant for nearly a decade, and more recently the Chinese-style Chow Bar & Eating House. Born in Singapore and raised in Malaysia, she moved to Australia at the age of seven, and sharing meals and a passion for food at the kitchen table were always part of her family life. Encouraged to pursue a profession she studied law, but later followed her passion in the culinary field. Chui remains one of the very few women chefs to achieve 3-hatted success.
