Recenzii
'This book provides an excellent and in-depth overview of the international legal context of the fight against terrorism in the United States and in Europe covering all of the major issues from a number of angles...this book gives a thorough and interesting insight into the key legal problems that are thrown up by this complex and highly politicised area of international law.'
Susie Alegre, European Human Rights Law Review, 2005.
'...[t]he book presents a good introduction to the measures taken on both sides of the Atlantic, and provides valuable lessons to be learnt.'
Jacques Hartmann, Nordic Journal of International Law, 73;4.
