Notă biografică
Erwann Kerguelen, Deputy General Rapporteur of the Autorité de la concurrence, as of 15 July 202, head Antitrust Unit 3, whose responsibilities include cases involving the distribution sector. He is a food engineer with a Certificate of Aptitude in Business Administration (CAAE) and a Master's degree in Competition and Contract Law. He joined the Île-de-France Regional Directorate for the Economy, Employment, Labour and Solidarity (DIRECTTE) in 2008 as Carrefour's national coordinator in charge of implementing the framework for protection against unfair trade practices. Rapporteur at the Autorité de la concurrence since 2011, and appointed expert in 2017, he has notably worked on the investigation of cases relating to the Auchan/Casino/Metro/Shiever (20-D-13) and Carrefour/Tesco (20-D-22) joint purchasing agreements and participated in the investigation of the decisions sanctioning the floor coverings cartel (17-D-20) and the white goods cartel (18-D-24) He was also involved in investigating the opinion on the assessment of the impact of increasing the threshold of ban of below-cost selling (18-A-14).
