For the last three decades, Lauren Kazee has spent countless hours speaking with educators about the importance of self-care and stress management. Her first-hand experience both personally and professionally makes her a staunch advocate for the wellness and mental health of those suffering from the burn out often associated with selfless dedication. The need for educator self-care has always been present, but it became even more apparent with the onset of the Covid-19 pandemic.
