Since retirement, Ms Pat has been known as the "Life is Good " lady in Luverne. She has quite a following on Facebook - her friends look forward to reading her thoughts and ideas on daily situations. Most posts end with the iconic 'Life is Good " Whether it's reminiscing about her beloved Luverne School and the Tigers football team, or telling a story from her childhood, it's always an enjoyable read. These stories and anecdotes reach out to each of us - while we may not have lived through the same stories she has, we each have family and school memories that are fondly remembered.
