First time, scientifically, a new concept of the absoluteness of bio-intelligence, called as Absolute Intelligence (A-IT) had been put forward to reveal the fundamental nature of life's intelligence, based on a new, basic Physical and Mathematical analysis. The theory of A-IT with its mathematical principals has systematically been presented to identify the boundary between life and natural phenomena by the natural laws (L) and chance (C) and to prove the probability of the life's origin by LC to be exactly zero. And DNA is an A-IT - Sign, impossible to be created by the Chemical Dynamics. Also A-IT is divided into different kinds, each having different level ranges with A-IT - Forbidden Gaps to prohibit the natural transitions among them. Correspondingly, living things are divided into different A-IT level groups, and so to prohibit the natural transitions among them. Thus, the macro-evolution from the primitive cell-life to the advanced living things is prohibited. The life's origin is A-IT cause. The theory of A-IT is harmonious with the Biblical Creation. Life is made in intelligence (wisdom) according to their kinds. The author has been invited to speak in many places in the US and abroad.
