The Barefoot Man ( George Nowak) has lived an interesting life; he's traveled the globe in search of solitude. He built a home on the beach which was later washed away by hurricane Ivan, so he built another one. He's been locked up in an island jail cell and recorded some 22 albums of original, funny, double innuendo music. His photos hang in the halls of the Cayman Islands Museum of History and his wit-filled articles appear regularly in several island publications. The Barefoot Man should have nothing to complain about - yet in this book he places himself on the highest summit and screams to the heavens: "Help I'm on the wrong planet " Get ready to be insulted because this book will offend many. Nevertheless, just as many agree with The Barefoot Man's ranting's about stupidity and the average human's lack of common-sense, somehow his overtones (just like his music) convert to side bursting laughter, because you can deny all you want - the fact is we live on a planet of idiots.
