Romeo's adventures outside the city have failed in the worst possible way leaving him grossly disfigured. In spite of his tragic misfortune, Romeo is eager to begin again only to return to a city he doesn't recognise, and more distressing, a city that doesn't recognise him. In a bizarre twist of fate, Romeo finds his only refuge living life as an alley cat in the dreaded Fourth Corner. With a new name and identity, Romeo wonders just how long it will be before Fidel realises who he really is.
