She also does consulting as a private food travel designer and works with food companies and restaurants as a food photographer, recipe developer, and content creator. Enrica is the founder of the site A Small Kitchen in Genoa (www.asmallkitcheningenoa.com), her digital home where she shares--in both Italian and English--her personal journey through the culinary traditions of Liguria: a journey to discover and cook the flavors of her land.
