He has significant experience acting for a range of funds, financial institutions and corporates on high-profile multi-jurisdictional refinancing and restructuring transactions, using the available insolvency and reorganisation tools and processes to achieve his clients' goals, including schemes of arrangement, pre-packaged administrations and security enforcement.
