Literatur und Wissenschaft.<BR>Literature and Science: Bielefelder Schriften zu Linguistik und Literaturwissenschaft, cartea 22
Editat de Susanne Kaulen Limba Engleză Paperback – 30 apr 2007
The author's colloquium with Lars Gustafsson treated mainly his literary work which proves to be a medium of knowledge. His poetry and novels integrate highly complex scientific conceptions with a focus on philosophy. The discussion of his work was centered around the interrelation between scientific/philosophic and poetic truth. With regard to Gustafsson's literary work it could be said that literature is a quest for knowledge and truth, and thus it is science in a more radical sense, comprising a variety of answers to essential questions, a utopian realm of possibilities and a creation - not just an additional image - of reality.
