Baseball...a sport of legends. Little League...well, you have to start somewhere. What did we know about little league? What size bat should we get? How long do seasons last? What's that faceguard the girls are wearing? What size cup should we get for our son? We were a family new to ball. The kids signed up for little league. The coaches called with the schedules for practices and games. Like legions before us, we bought gear and headed to the ball fields. We learned by doing. This is a personal story of our experience with little league. How we overcame problems, what worked, what didn't, and the fun we had in the process are captured within.
