Live Happier, Live Longer: Your Guide to Positive Ageing and Making the Most of Life

Autor Dr Timothy Sharp
en Limba Engleză Paperback – 30 apr 2015
For anyone over 50, this guide from a respected psychologist shows how you can "turn back the clock" by changing your attitudeToday's retirees are living 20 to 30 years longer than predecessors did only two or three generations ago--that's almost another entire adult lifetime. This period need not be one of pathology or decline but rather, can be one of growth, wisdom, maturity, and more. Why does this seem like such a radical concept? Why does it seem so at odds with our general view of aging? "Live Happier, Live Longer" is about taking action and making positive plans. Dr. Sharp explains how to redefine who you are and what you want to be in order to maximize happiness and wellbeing. You're only as old as you think you feel This is the perfect book for anyone over 50 who wants to live a long and happy life.
