Notă biografică
Abigail Mann has been teaching for six years in a variety of schools and levels, including Key Stage 3, 4 and 5. She has been a wellbeing advocate since she began teaching but more recently has taken an active role in improving the wellbeing of teachers across the country by promoting ideas to support staff and schools. As an advocate of the #teacher5aday initiative, she has seen improvements in her own wellbeing as well as the wellbeing of teachers who feel supported by the concept. She holds a genuine belief that the most successful schools are those in which staff and students' wellbeing is regarded as vital to their success. Follow her on Twitter @abbiemann1982.
