Gianluca Mattarocci is Associate Professor of Banking in the Department of Management and Law at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, Italy. His main research interests are credit risk management and real estate finance.
Dilek Pekdemir is Lecturer of Real Estate Development at Istanbul Technical University, Turkey. Her research focusses on real estate markets, real estate investment, mathematical modelling and real estate market analysis.
