Recenzii
"Lola is gentle and calm, loving and smart, and she touches the lives of all who are fortunate enough to meet her. Through her books, she teaches and inspires children everywhere.. .Lola is so cute, I can hardly stand it. And she’s loving and kind and always does the right thing when it comes helping others. Lola is a true leader and the youngest readers can so relate to her predicament with her brother. Every child with a sibling has experienced the dreaded tattling problem or has been a tattler himself. Lola lets children know that it’s normal to experience sibling rivalry, and she teaches them that acting out of kindness is the best way to go. Getting along with others is a life lesson rarely taught in schools, but Lola is here to teach it to your children. With all three titles in this series, plus the new plush puppy, your child will get to know, love and respect Lola the adorable and irresistible therapy dog."

"I adored Lola and Tattletale Zeke by Marcia Goldman! Lola is a sweet little dog but she’s not perfect. Her little brother delights in tattling on her and getting her in trouble and, of course, Lola doesn’t like it. Nothing she says makes him stop but once he finds out how it feels, he does.
This picture book is full of adorable photos of Lola and Zeke that are sure to delight youngsters. Every page has a full color picture and just a sentence or two. Little ones will relate to Lola and Zeke and learn an important lesson along the way.
This is Goldman’s third Lola book and I love every one of them. Be sure to check out the whole series!"

"This charming picture book will help guide children through the difference between “good telling” and bad, while keeping them entertained and engaged. Lola loves her little brother Zeke, but Zeke has a big problem: He keeps tattling on her. From messes to mishaps, Lola and Zeke must learn that working together is always more fun than tattling. Charmingly rendered with real-life photos and sweet, simple narration, Goldman makes the delightful world of Lola and Zeke come alive with scenarios that even young children will be able to relate to and enjoy."

"Lola has an annoying little brother named Zeke who tattles. Sweet Lola is at her wit’s end with this annoying little brother but she manages to work the situation out so that both she and Zeke learn a lesson. OMG the photos in this book are so so so so so ADORABLE!!
If your littles don’t learn a lesson from Lola and Zeke in this book, you must not be showing them the pictures. Kids love dogs and they will love LOLA. Aaaaaaaaand they will learn any lesson that Lola is teaching.
You’ve got to grab this book and read it to your littles. And maybe your pooch. Especially if your doggie is still piddling on the floor. Are you listening Bailey?"

"Dog lover or not, I can't imagine how anyone could read this little gem and not fall in love with this pair. Beyond the cuteness factor (because let's face it, these little Yorkies are ADORBS!), the humorous situations they get into will bring a smile to your face and the lessons imparted will carry it straight to your heart. Though the words are limited, they marry well with the pictures so that even the youngest readers have something to cling to while the oldest among us revel in the same enjoyment."

"Lola and Tattletale Zeke was a hit as soon as I pulled it out of the shipping envelope. Kaitlyn loved the picture of the sibling dogs on front, especially because Zeke looks a lot like her aunt's Yorkie named Oliver. Kaitlyn got a kick out of that.
The pictures, taken of Lola and Zeke at home, really served to further the story line. They were so cute and fun: Kaitlyn enjoyed them and so did I (and we're not even "dog people!").
The relationship between Lola and Zeke was sweet and helped serve the message of the plot: about when to tell on someone. Although that message was subtle to say the least, I still think Kaitlyn got something out of it. She especially liked the sudden arrival of the cat Isabel.
We really enjoyed Lola and Tattletale Zeke and would definitely read more from Marcia Goldman!"

"Young readers will enjoy getting to know these feisty canines...The story has such a unique concept put together from the author's vast experiences as an educator. The discussion questions and activity ideas at the end are great resources for teachers and librarians. I highly recommend this book, and the others in the LOLA series, to early education teachers and librarians."

"An adorable story captured in pictures of two adorable pups and one silly cat. My son loved that the story had "a tiny story line with problems that were all solved in the end". This is a great book for my classroom as well, as we do a lot of talking about tattling. It can also be used for the pet lesson as well. Any dog lover will adore this book! My sons and I loved it and so did our Yorkie- ShihTzu, Zoe!!!"

"Lola is a cute, feisty little terrier dog that gets up to a lot of adventures. Lola and her little brother Zeke are very cute, relatable characters that kids will simply adore. Follow their child-like adventures, tattling on each other and getting into mischief. The dogs are fun, quirky, and have their own unique personalities. . . The story has such a unique concept put together from the author's vast experiences as an educator. The discussion questions and activity ideas at the end are great resources for teachers and librarians. I highly recommend this book, and the others in the LOLA series, to early education teachers and librarians."
