Bounty hunter Dean Kennedy returns to Dry Creek after another successful hunt, only to find that his wife Emily has struck up a friendship with outlaw Wolfe Lord. Kennedy reckons his problems are over when the sheriff runs Lord out of town, but then his wife and young son disappear.
