A collection of letters home telling the loves and struggles of a young Wren, Sheila Mills, during WWII. Her experiences included working with Admiral Ramsey planning the invasion of Sicily, and she was witness to the sinking of the Medway, the surrender of the Italian Fleet and the Belsen Trials.
