He's the high school football coach, she's the new English teacher, and a past that stands between them.


After returning to Coldwater Creek, Natalie Lynch is looking forward to teaching English and allowing her heart to mend. A painful divorce and the loss of her beloved grandma has left her reeling and wondering if she'll ever be able to move on-until she meets Easton McBride-her father's sworn enemy.


Easton McBride suffered a career ending injury, taking his dreams of going pro and any thoughts of love with it. He's resigned himself to coaching at his alma mater and working at his family's ranch. It's not until he's forced to work with the new English teacher that he realizes he may have settled too quickly.


Now they're working to put together a Christmas ball, and perhaps, finding hope that the past doesn't have to decide the future.
