Notă biografică
Geneviève Lafrance is a dietician and nutritionist working in the field of metabolics diseases since 2007. She believes that a healthy diet starts with all your senses. Meals must be well presented, made with healthy ingredients and, most importantly, delicious! These principles should also apply to nutrition in the context of a metabolic disease. It may be a greater challenge, but it certainly is possible! Geneviève detains a bachelor's degree in nutrition, as well as a diploma in teaching. Her desire to teach is what motivated her to create new projects and tools to transfer the basics of low protein cooking to families coping with this reality so they can gain more knowledge. In 2014, her passion gave birth to the www.lowprorecipes.com web site where Geneviève makes available several delicious recipes for free. Then she traveled through Canada to teach cooking techniques to families coping with a metabolic disease. Proposing a printed recipe book that will accompany families all year long was the next step!Geneviève detains a bachelor's degree in nutrition, as well as a diploma in teaching.
