Notă biografică

Luning-Ning is Lenie Palor's first children's storybook and the culmination of reading and telling stories to children for over twenty years. As a nanny, working with many different families throughout the world, Lenie would always read bedtime stories to the children. She has never lost sight of the smiles, peace and joy that a simple story can bring. When bedtime books were slowly closed, some children - if still awake - would often want 'just one more story please'. In those brief moments, Lenie would often spontaneously tell a quick story. Lost in that inventive and imaginative world of make believe, adventure and awe, she was inspired to write. During the Covid pandemic and lengthy lockdowns she finally had the time and opportunity.Lenie was born in the Philippines and has worked, lived and traveled extensively in many parts of the world. She now lives in the UK, is a keen tennis player (and instructor), swims, cooks and still loves telling stories.
