When Terraceleste, a girl who thinks she's more average than most, encounters the Seelie Court of Faerie during a solitary camping trip, she finds out she might be wrong about herself. But when she is forced to leave Faerie Underhill and loses her memory of the life that felt so right and the love she found with an honest-to-goodness Faerie Prince, she is left haunted by the feeling something precious has been lost.
