Making Love for Him

Autor Lpc Mary L. Seager MS
en Limba Engleză Paperback – 30 apr 2010
Making Love for Him is a book intended to enlighten and inspire men in their relationships with women and to raise their aspirations as to what they might attain. This book is based upon the premise that Making Love for Him is not necessarily all about planning specific strategies to get her into bed, though sexual impulses are often what motivate him. So, in regard to the premise that men fundamentally want more in their relationships with women than just pursuing a sexual release, what other factors might be considered to motivate him in his interactions with her? According to Carl Rogers, one of the great interpersonal theorists of all time, men attempt to fulfill three fundamental needs. First, they strive to be loved and respected. Second, they hope to find acceptance, and, third, they seek for mutual understanding. So, in regard to man's pursuit of woman, how does he gain her love and respect, wherein might he find her acceptance, and what effort is required that he and she might come to understand one another as they walk their separate walks but dance their common dance of life? Contained within this book are some simple but meaningful ideas intended to answer those essential questions. In addition and of equal importance is man's ability to establish permanence in his relationship once he has gained the object of his desire. In developing such longevity, it is necessary for a man to hone certain personal attributes, to find within his relationship a mutually comfortable degree of interconnectedness, and to acquire the ability to help resolve problems that may arise over time. Those aspects of his alliance with her are also a focus of this book.
