After 20 years of marriage and three children, full-time mum Pia Pasternack came home one day to find a note on the doormat and her husband gone… Heartbroken, this was the first of a series of revelations that left her and her family reeling. But gradually Pia built herself back up, and in Making Peace with Divorce, written together with bestselling author Sarah Rayner (Making Friends with Anxiety, One Moment, One Morning and The Other Half) Pia passes on the lessons she has learned about the legal, financial and emotional implications of separation. You'll find clear and concise guidance on finding a lawyer, filling in forms and reaching a settlement. And if a settlement cannot be reached, there's the low-down to help prepare you for what happens at court.
