Where our fast pace, modern day culture, has left parents running a hundred miles a minute just to get through the day, and in some cases, just to survive the day, where technology-driven society has severed family communication and connection, and where 99% of the time families go to church only to leave each other at the door, there is an unprecedented division within families spiritually, emotionally, and physically like never before. The slow fade of God's first and holy identity called the family, that was created to birth a perpetual generation of priest who would worship and serve God as a lifestyle, has left the family altar in ruins and no hope for God's inheritance to pass down from one generation to another. The families of God are broken. What is God's answer to restore His families? Malachi 4:5-6 "Behold, I will send you Elijah the prophet before the coming of the great and dreadful day of the LORD. And he will turn the hearts of the fathers to the children, and the hearts of the children to their fathers, lest I come and strike the earth with a curse." It is time for a Malachi Movement. It is time to see the heart of families turn towards each other and to God; restoring the family priesthood and altar. In this eight week small group course, parents will be invited into a Selah moment with Jesus; a pause in all the madness of family life to find God's heart for them as parents for such a time as this. Using the Tabernacle of Moses, a set-by-step blueprint on how to practically apply God's heart and vision in their family will unfold, reestablishing the family altar and cultivating the atmosphere of the presence of God inside their home. As the facilitator, you will lead parents in a time of teaching using our session introduction videos (sold separately) and notes provided in this manual. Each session will end with an opportunity for parents to come into a Selah moment with the Lord to reflect upon what was just discussed. Along with the Facilitator Manual, there is a Parent's Workbook available for each participate (sold separately). There they will find notes for each session, a Malachi Moment at home (family worship activity) that puts in practice what they have just learned to be done before you meet again, and journal pages to pen what God speaks to them through the lesson and family Malachi Moments.
