Recenzii

"'Mission' and 'values' are all too often things stuck on a wall or on small plaques or cards. In this book, leaders will learn why mission and values are important for organizational success and, more importantly, how to implement mission-driven leadership. Filled with examples and practical ideas, Management by Missions will help turn ideas and concepts into practical reality." -Jeffrey Pfeffer, Professor of Organizational Behavior, Stanford University and author of 'What Were They Thinking? Unconventional Wisdom About Management'
'Changing the culture of a large organization, though fun, is ultimately complicated and challenging. Resistance is just a natural human reaction to any kind of major change, especially when you are already No. 1 in the marketplace. Management by Missions gave us a solid framework for developing our people and truly transforming the culture of our company.' -Pedro V. Navarrete, Managing Director. SONY España, SA
