Dr Lee holds a BA(Adel), Dip Ed(Flind), BBus(UNE), MBus(SCU), PhD(Griffith); taught for 28 years and currently teaches at Southern Cross University, Australia. He supervises Honours and PhD students and his research interest is in Service management. He was a restaurateur of an award-wining restaurant and a licensee for 15 years.
