MASUMI TANI is a coach, facilitator, and Representative Director at ONDO Co. She graduated from Kagawa University and is a part-time lecturer at Waseda Business School and Okayama University. TAKAYUKI KITO is a graduate of Tokyo University Law School and a former Roland Berger employee with extensive experience in business strategy planning and execution assistance. Kito has published and lectured on brand and global strategies. KAZUHIKO NAKAMURA is a professor of human psychology in the Humanities Department and the head of the Human Relations Research Center at Nanzan University. His areas of expertise include organization development, human relations training, and group dynamics. He is a member of the NTL Institute in America and completed their certificate program for organization development. TAKASHI YASUDA is a marketing professional who has worked as a researcher, merchandising advisor, and marketing manager. Currently, he works in consulting and new business development for a variety of clients. He is the author of Hajimete Manabu Marketing no Hon (The First Book of Marketing), among others. KOJI KUZE joined a foreign company after graduating from Keio University. While there, he studied resilience and became a certified resilience master trainer. After that, he established a school for working adults, and human resources and instructors on resilience. The corporate resilience training was featured in shows like NHK's Today's Close-up and Kansai Television's Super News. TOSHINORI IWAI was born in Ibaraki prefecture in Japan in 1947. He graduated from Waseda University in 1970. He is founder and CEO of the Human Guild and has extensive experience in Adlerian psychology counseling, education and enrichment, and research. He is known for writing a number of books on Adlerian psychology and its applications.
