This handbook is designed to provide the U.S. Catholic Church with an instrument to assist and give direction to the efforts to form the Hispanic community for service in the various ministries of the Church. It offers a historical perspective on Hispanic ministry, a theological framework for ministry training, and practical suggestions for organizing a Hispanic ministry formation institute or center.
