Wing Commander RICH MILBURN, RAF is a graduate of the RAF's Aerosystems Course, as well as the United States Air Force's Air Command and Staff College and the School of Advanced Air and Space Studies. He has written articles on grand strategy, military theory and wartime leadership. Milburn is an aerospace battle-manager of more than two decades experience. He served during the wars in both Afghanistan and Iraq, as well as peacetime posts in NATO and on exchange in the United States.149943
